Q: Best A.I. use case?

A: The A.I. Primary Care Physician.

In my life I’ve been genuinely harmed by the bad advice of:

Unavailable PCPs
Overworked PCPs
Compromised PCPs
Dogmatic PCPs
Dumb PCPs
Lazy PCPs

I see zero reason that A.I. PCPs should not fix every one of these problems, for every person 🤖🩺

The application of AI that I'm most excited about in the upcoming wave:

playing /bracket, assisting /bracky, talking /greatbooks

just used chatgpt today and it gave me basically the same advice as several doctors i spoke to, at a tiny fraction of the time and cost. now waiting two days to see a PCP who will officially see me and authorize an MRI when i already know i need one and could have gotten one by now 😠

at least education is something you can mostly opt out of and do yourself or pay for alternatives

paying for alternative heathcare ... i'd need crypto to 100x before i can afford that
