one impressive piece of the TNS conf was how @balajis.eth solved the coordination problem of getting so many top-tier speakers at a brand new conf -- he went remote getting garry tan + vitalik + tyler cowen + @dwr.eth all in amsterdam ... that's hard getting them to record a 3 minute video ... way less hard

Wow that’s also the right length for a remote speaker. Sundance does this length too if you can’t make the festival for your film. Over 5 minutes and I don’t want to stare at the screen anymore no offense.
