met a family this week: living in NYC, three kids, mostly talked about how hard it is to raise kids in the city and also how hard it is to leave the city (because jobs and friends). might move to europe

“cabin’s got you!” I wanted to shout, but we have so much work to do still

this is what drives me

i mean moving to europe is a great choice for families, but why would they do that if jobs and friends is whats holding them from leaving nyc?

Sounds like job/friends is winning for now but that may shift
