Where do people currently stand on remote vs. in person? At least for an early stage iterating and changing fast, my view is that nothing beats being in the same room.

These days internet communication is extremely efficient, and IMO it's just as productive. Depends on the people you want to hire too - I'm at a stage in my life where I wouldn't work at an office-based startup because the hours are so long and I need to fit the work around family. I can still do the hours if remote.
