If u haven’t made pan fried gnocchi dishes, I recommend. Just use store bought gnocchi, no boiling, pan fry in oil to sear the pasta. Good with pretty much any pasta recipe that isn’t very saucy (so u maintain crisp texture of gnocchi)

I’m a new convert, preaching the gospel, never going back to boiled

That’s actually the only way I cook gnocci. Crucify me for not wanting to boil them 😹
