What's a great chicken marinade? Trying to up my daily protein intake, and looking for delicious ways to do that.

Yoghurt marinades are often a favourite. Curry paste + yoghurt is an easy one. But can put any herb combination. Yoghurt breaks down the chicken so it ends up extra tender. 

Oven or bbq, if oven let it sit on a rack so bottom of chicken isn’t covered and Yoghurt will caramalize
