How do I know WHO will like a cast when I buy amps? The who is obviously a lot more important than the how many in the WC algo

right now it’s a random set from your registered followers our thought here is that likes are less important than recasts for distribution in the algo, and it’s more about quantity that’s also why they are a fixed price of $0.50 for everyone
