His foundational content is so solid but he’s gone cuckoo bananas. 

He has deluded himself into thinking he’s a pro bodybuilder but can’t stay committed to the diet. He makes excuses for this like "a bad tan" and claiming he has "permanent love handles filled with water" from a dreamer bulk a decade ago (he just got them lipo'd off). And through all of this he’s doing crazy amt of steroids and showing off the sfx in his content in a way that makes you think he HAS to take them… 

The tragedy of Dr Mike is that he’s so arrogant he can’t see the insanity of any of this. He has helped so many people but is now on the fast track to destroying himself

Dr. Mike Israetel is becoming a tech bro go-to for weightlifting, appearing on Joe Lonsdale and Bryan Johnson’s YouTube channels 

While his foundational content isn’t bad, grain of salt with that guy. When the rubber meets the road he can’t hack it

Dr. Mike refuses to diet or do what it takes to be a bodybuilder other than take enormous amounts of gear (by his own admission). He blames his tan for his failure to place here 

To me he appears to be self destructing in real time. Tough to watch

yeah he is a block in the middle.  My waist was about 28" and my coach said I still had a big waist, then again, I was never going for a pro card

Man’s got a powerlifter body why he feels the need to go here idk. To me he had nothing to prove

true, he did powerlifting too, no?  def it's an ego thing you.  but honestly, I gotta give props to anyone who tries getting on stage.. it's a pretty horrible grind

I don’t give him credit because he doesn’t look as good as he could even despite his genetics. His arrogance + clear inability to perform = 🤢
