Thoughts on new years goals? I used to love them but not as much recently. “Make x money” feels shallow. Main finaicial metric is net worth which is much less controllable year/year “Make x new projects” is meaningless because I’d rather quality > quantity “Lose x lbs” is fine but the real goal is just

And if you don’t set goals, how do you measure growth? I’m on the - forget about all of it and just try to be happy/fulfilled/excited - wave recently but not sure that’s ideal either 😅

Those can all be goals. Reflect on areas of your life you think you could affect change in AND which will bring you more contentment. Then identify what you need to do within those areas . Eg . Be more present , put more time into relationships, more time focused on the projects that mean the most to you etc.
