going to sleep with this progress

todo:
- fix weird rpc stuff (balance isn't actually 0 and txn shouldn't have failed)
- add ENS support for the "to" field
- add a nicer "send transaction" command in addition to the current low level raw data that pulls ABI and gives useful fields
- or if i dont make it to the above, at least add a nice util command for encoding data
