minimum viable streamer stack for mac?

some context:
- gonna live code
- wanna be able to see the chat easily
- ideally one screen only?
- dont wanna leak secrets like 1pass and .env

just streamed coding for the first time tonight

- OBS is a bit confusing but good, just practice first
- macbook camera is good, use native portrait mode
- external mic is nice
- i was also scared about leaking env vars

Have been tinkering with Meld for a week or two. Can’t recommend it enough. Not an OBS killer YET, but it’s verrrrrry good. More user friendly and with a bit more features out of the box.
