minimum viable streamer stack for mac?

some context:
- gonna live code
- wanna be able to see the chat easily
- ideally one screen only?
- dont wanna leak secrets like 1pass and .env

1. download the newest version of https://obsproject.com/, it's super intuitive
2. add 3 scenes: your display capture (should also capture system audio on mac), your camera capture, and a mic caputre (although for me its automatic i think)
3. if one screen imo will be hard because you expose literally everything that you see, all notifications etc
4. wouldnt worry about 1pass, its usually all covered
5. for .env i installed clock

just streamed coding for the first time tonight

- OBS is a bit confusing but good, just practice first
- macbook camera is good, use native portrait mode
- external mic is nice
- i was also scared about leaking env vars

Also will stream myself coding at some point

For env stuff/1 password i just have on a different monitor (not sure how to do if u just have ur laptop
