Where do people currently stand on remote vs. in person? At least for an early stage iterating and changing fast, my view is that nothing beats being in the same room.

I have been working remote for the last 3 years. I am extremely tired of working from home. Nothing beats IRL interaction and I actually believe people are more efficient when working IRL together. A good mix of work from home and office would be the best for me.
