I don’t have kids yet (24M) but when I bring up this idea to my friends they get triggered IMO the amount of socialization kids get at large schools (100+ in a grade) and colleges is v overrated, esp in the age of the internet (global village) Super interested in the pod model

Really glad to hear you had the conviction to do this and share! Will strongly consider alternatives up until we have to make a decision I came from a well-funded public school district in the age of the internet and the in person product was not great considering today’s tech

💯 same here. and my ultimate takeaway is zero public school districts have a great in-person product because they're structurally incapable world changing new products never come from big companies executing 50 year old business models no matter how much $ they have 😊
