I have a gif file. its size is 230 MB. What application should I use to compress this?

Why not turn it into a video? Video file will be much smaller

I know how to compress a video file. via Adobe Premier. because from TouchDesigner I get a file of 1.5-3.5 GB 😅 now I need to deal with the GIF

Jokes aside, do you know how to use ffmpeg? If it is this big, maybe reduce the framerate, remove some frames (every 4th frame for example), scale down the dimension of the gif, reduce number of colors, etc.
