Today 1000 Days of War 
Is there hope or is there none? I often wonder what hope is and whether it has any power. Perhaps hope is just a temporary pill that alleviates pain, but once it stops working, the pain returns with a force that can kill. Hope is impossible to control. Waiting can be more painful than reality itself; perhaps it’s better to simply accept the darkness than to try to find light within it.

Is an Art NFT a security? 

Brian L. Frye and Jonathan Mann are suing the SEC making the case that Art is not a Security.

On August 28, 2024, OpenSea announced that it had received a Wells notice, which means that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is considering an enforcement action. 

The SEC is overreaching and needs to be corrected. That’s why they are suing, asking a federal court to tell the SEC it can’t regulate art just because people are selling it as NFTs.
