North Korean hackers are reportedly planning to swap all ERC-20 tokens for ETH, then convert the acquired ETH into BTC, and eventually exchange BTC for CNY through Asian exchanges. The funds are expected to support North Korea's nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs.
