The European Securities and Markets Authority has identified Maximum Extractable Value (MEV) as a clear example of illegal market abuse in the MiCA draft. Regulated crypto businesses, including exchanges and brokers, are required to detect and report instances of MEV.

The Arbitrum community is currently conducting on-chain voting on the "200 million ARB Game Catalyst Plan" proposal, which is valued at approximately US$221 million. The proposal aims to establish a three-year incentive program for Arbitrum games. Voting will close in 12 days.

The submission of reports on sybils will be available again from May 28 to 30. This time, a deposit of 0.5 #ETH is required for submitting a report (the deposit submission will open on May 25). The deposit will be returned for reports submitted in good faith and/or deemed successful.
