Anywhere between min. $100-$300 in Istanbul.

The low tier here is "better than the average" premium mediocre. Anything cheaper will get you probably poisoned. The upper one is usually fine dines specialising in Japanese cuisine, and they are really OK.

Especially exotic seafood. I do not prefer any street food around. I have had my experience in the past as a prolonged resident. It's not specific to Istanbul either. I'd never taste any street food anywhere on Earth.
