For some reason, this doesn't sound inviting to me. I prefer to purchase artist merchandise directly from the artists rather than through Spotify. Would love to hear more thoughts... https://techcrunch.com/2023/10/16/spotify-launching-personalized-in-app-merch-hub/

For some regions, it's always easier to acquire merch from vendors with a pro shipping network. I prefer the likes of Boomkat—or anything similar when it comes to merch—Bandcamp etc. stores of artists but 99% of them get lost in shipping. That's why you can find the most niché merch on Amazon Türkiye, for ex.

Sad to see shipping cost more than the item itself sometimes. Boomkat looks interesting. I love learning about how these businesses work and what strategic advantages they have.

soundohm is another fav. their strategic advantage is that they have dedicated customer base from the early days of mail art shipping etc. Young generations also tend to understand that if you are looking for a Caretaker album, you only buy it from such people. Hence, antibot measures.
