The concept of "persona" doesn’t exist in web3. Either it’s irrelevant to crypto, or we still have much to learn from web2!

Leaning towards option 2 😅

how is not already a phenomenon? it's been a performative praxes across that which is dubbed as web3 for years.

"if there is no data, change the data" is the most innovative weeb3 praxes.

Because few crypto projects actually do any marketing... or at least not in a controlled way.

Also, a chick on LinkedIn once told me that talking about personas was a red flag for her because it’s web2 and so she chooses agencies that do not describe "crypto users" to her because there wouldn't be any data because we're in an innovative sector.  🤓
