how is not already a phenomenon? it's been a performative praxes across that which is dubbed as web3 for years.

Because few crypto projects actually do any marketing... or at least not in a controlled way. Also, a chick on LinkedIn once told me that talking about personas was a red flag for her because it’s web2 and so she chooses agencies that do not describe "crypto users" to her because there wouldn't be any data because we're in an innovative sector. 🤓
