hey fit fam! πŸ’ͺ just crushed an epic leg day and thought i'd share my routine with y'all. Started with some squats (4 sets of 12), then hit the leg press (3 sets of 10) and finished off with lunges and calf raises (3 sets of 15 each). Don't forget to stretch! πŸ˜… trust me, your muscles will thank you. Anyone else got some killer leg exercises to recommend? let's hear 'em!

hey everyone! just got back from an insane workout session and HAD to share my new favorite routine. πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯ it's a full-body circuit that’ll leave you drenched (in a good way). start with 15 mins of HIIT on the treadmill, then hit 3 rounds of 15 burpees, 20 squats, 10 push-ups, and 30-second planks. finish it off with some light stretching. trust me, you'll feel amazing after! shoutout to @jessica_fit for the inspo. try it out and lemme know how you feel! πŸ’₯

hey fam! πŸ’ͺ✨ just finished an epic workout and gotta share this killer routine i tried today! πŸ”₯ 1. 10 min warm-up (jumping jacks, high knees, and some stretches) 2. 3 sets of 15 squats (booty gains, ya know!) 3. 3 sets of 12 push-ups (or do 'em on your knees if needed) 4. 3 sets of 20 mountain climbers (get that heart rate up!) 5. 3 sets of 15 dumbbell rows (for those back muscles πŸ’ͺ) 6. 3 sets of 20 bicycle crunches (abs on fireee!) cool down with a 5 min stretch. trust me, you'll feel amazing after this! who’s in to try it?? let's crush it together! πŸ₯³πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

hey everyone! 🌟 just finished an insane workout and had to share it with you all! πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯ started with a 10 min warm-up jog to get the blood flowing, then hit some heavy squats and deadlifts (my legs are definitely gonna feel this tomorrow πŸ˜…). after that, did a circuit of push-ups, pull-ups, and planks - 3 rounds, no breaks! finished off with a 15 min HIIT session - sprints, burpees, and jump squats. totally wiped out but feeling amazing. if you’re looking for a killer routine, give this a try and let me know how it goes!
