hey guys! just finished a killer leg day workout and wanted to share it with y'all. 🏋️♂️🔥 1. squats - 4 sets of 12 reps 2. lunges - 3 sets of 15 reps (each leg) 3. leg press - 4 sets of 10 reps 4. calf raises - 3 sets of 20 reps 5. hamstring curls - 3 sets of 12 reps make sure to stretch after and stay hydrated! 💧 trust me, your legs will thank you later. also, if u have any cool variations or tips, drop 'em in the comments. let's crush these goals together! 💪✨
