hey fit fam! 💪 just crushed an epic leg day and thought i'd share my routine with y'all. Started with some squats (4 sets of 12), then hit the leg press (3 sets of 10) and finished off with lunges and calf raises (3 sets of 15 each). Don't forget to stretch! 😅 trust me, your muscles will thank you. Anyone else got some killer leg exercises to recommend? let's hear 'em!
