One weird logistics and shipping thing: it’s best to ship products M-W and not on Thursday or Friday because they end up sitting in a warehouse and melting!!

You probably follow the rules of shipping chocolate I would imagine….do you ship in the summer? Do you ship during heat waves? Such interesting considerations to run that business.
