Kiwi knife good for chopping, good for veggies, not good for protein unless it’s dumpling filling we talking. I use knife like this for these tasks to avoid wear n tear on my HQ knives.

Kiwi knives are chefs’ little secret I feel haha I’ve been using them since my first kitchen job! Actually loved using them for cutting salmon tartare since you could sharpen them so quickly and they’re quite thin

yes its solid ! i think they used to make them better 6 + years ago, but still get job done
