I love Alton Brown! I grew up watching him and I still do! I use a lot of the techniques. Recently I’ve made his fermented dill pickles. Often use his steamed soft/hard boiled eggs technique. Beef stew, coq au vin, fried chicken, shakshuka… I even have his h&b apron 😁

His approach is always direct and to the point. I also make reference to him when I am doing something I haven’t done in a while or just wanna be entertained with his videos. I’ll have to check those videos out thanks for the heads up

Yes, exactly. I often wish his videos were searchable. I forgot to mention- his dog treats!!! lol they are a hit with my dogs and they are extremely picky eaters. The secret ingredient is fish sauce 🤭
