Would like to be able to make a solid tiramisu in 2025. Have always felt like the ladyfingers get too soggy.

Its funny you sent this yesterday, because Lydia and I were making a chestnut tiramasu after watching culinary class wars...we made two and the first time we did a quick dip and thought it wasnt moist enough, on yesterdays recipe we did a dip similar to daniel in the video and was good. 
I think Pizzeria Sei on Pico has a nice one.
