The “naturally refined” label is mostly smoke and mirrors. It sounds wholesome, but once you look beyond the buzzwords, it’s just another refined oil—expensive, nutrient‑depleted, and driven by marketing, not magic. If you want real, unaltered oil, stick to true cold‑pressed or extra‑virgin oils—and accept their lower smoke points and shorter shelf lives.

I use this avocado oil for high heat cooking/ deep frying. I dont think it’s bad to use by any means but also don’t see how it is very different than other highly refined oils. I am 100% sure it’s not avocado oil that has any health benefits because of the process it is refined. This flavor profile is a 180 from unrefined avocado oil. I imagine 7/10 would not enjoy unrefined avocado oil and not shill the money as well
