Take the fish, put it in the net and dry it overnight. And bake. That's all, but the umami is condensed and delicious. ( I forgot to take a picture this time, so the hanging photo was taken before.)

I recently noticed that I think it's better to freeze it once to make sashimi. When I got a small tuna in auction , I couldn't eat it all, so I froze it, but it was definitely more delicious if it was frozen.
