Non authentic chicken pho broth in the works. I always use spices from Reluctant trading co. For the past 8 years since I lived in the chi we used spices that Scott sources from his connections in India. One of the “pros” of private chef is I can cook different cuisines daily. Tonight will be Vietnamese.
