consuming less bad food, drinking less alcohol, choosing to exercise more, feeling happier and healthier and more confident — which ultimately encourages one to face more challenging situations or to venture outside of the comfort zone

I feel like that’s not what a weigh loss drug would encourage…wouldnt taking a magic pill to lose weight, instead of healthy diet and exercise encourage a different set of behaviors?
