Long time ago. Makes your muscles swell. Doesn't necessarily improve strength.

Lots of benefits. My hair started thinning when I used it though so I completely stopped. Was not aware of this side effect. Apparently happens to just a small % of folks

Beyond your muscles temporarily retaining more water, it has been shown to have beneficial effects to one’s mentality state.

Just started taking creatine consistently last year, have noticed a huge energy boost during my work outs. Also, I have been trying to gain weight and put on muscle which creatine helps by retaining more water. Highly recommend, and wish I started using it sooner.

One of the most researched supplements on the market. Buy from a good source and you’ll be alright. Energy (ATP synthesis) is one benefit. You’ll also increase body water holdings in your muscles.
