Lots of benefits. My hair started thinning when I used it though so I completely stopped. Was not aware of this side effect. Apparently happens to just a small % of folks

Just started taking creatine consistently last year, have noticed a huge energy boost during my work outs. Also, I have been trying to gain weight and put on muscle which creatine helps by retaining more water. Highly recommend, and wish I started using it sooner.

Very good for strength training, not that beneficial for endurance training. It does make your muscles retain water (makes you look bigger) although does increase your weight as a result
