Beyond your muscles temporarily retaining more water, it has been shown to have beneficial effects to oneโ€™s mentality state.

Long time ago. Makes your muscles swell. Doesn't necessarily improve strength.

Mostly increases your water retention which = you look more swole. There are also benefits if you take a week off from training, but you continue to take creatine you will notice your gains dwindle at a much slower rate. Look up the ATP - CP system as well to learn more about how our bodies utilize creatine.

Yeah. Hardhainer here, and creatine is the only thing thatโ€™s ever allowed me to push through to new weight floors. Water weight goes away after you stop, but your new floor remains.

Started chewing some gummies a few months ago. Have felt like recovery time improved and less sore. Which is a plus for me. Havenโ€™t noticed any severe side effects.

Lots of benefits. My hair started thinning when I used it though so I completely stopped. Was not aware of this side effect. Apparently happens to just a small % of folks
