I work in the Kratom industry. The FDA has been fucking with our company since 2016. Several alerts about our product, despite there being no legislation at a federal level regarding Kratom and several opinions in favor of it from federal judges. Absolutely causes people real harm and it’s a travesty.

It is all about business and money! As long as they are not controlling the market and not having shares from the profit (fda or the big companies that have connections with fda) they will not do it! When they do it will become legal.
