Seems like the economy and the stock market might see a correction after elections. The storm is brewing. The economy is slowing down and even with rate cuts, it takes time for it to have an effect on the economy. These cuts seem like a short boost into the stock market and may affect elections. We will keep seeing companies missing earnings and maybe something breaks…. We will keep watching!

Agreed. Too much unresolved turmoil to forget it all and celebrate a soft landing. always figured we’d get one pre-election rate cut for the political optics.

True,the economy is showing signs of slowing, with election-related uncertainty in the mix though rate cuts may offer a short-term boost to the stock market, their wider effects take time to materialize. Missed earnings could indicate deeper problems. A pre-election rate cut for political reasons seemed likely.
