I’m sorry, but this not at all believable yet a narrative that many will want to believe.

Every organization of size has the capability to issue payments.  They aren’t “magic money computers” they are payment systems.

I feel like he was just raging about how the IRS has everyone's social security numbers or something. Dude has no idea how anything in the US government works 🤦

he is an intellectual yet idiot surrounded by complete idiots who also happen to be greedy. 

yes you "just create money" when you are the reserve currency of the world and have no backing like gold constraining your supply hence helping you become the reserve. no shit sherlock.

next he will figure that foreign currency reserves other countries maintain are just db entries. those dollars are classified differently and don't exist irl
