sure they do. Any OpenAPI 3 yaml or json should be easily importable. You can also import from a URL

Did see they allow openapi and swagger imports 

Could one setup an existing openapi doc to scalar pipeline ?

Say my CI CD takes each new version and makes sure it gets pushed to scalar ?
