I really dislike the “nobody reads anymore” take. Feels manufactured by those who make money off of you spending time-on-platform to watch their videos.

Sure, not everyone is sitting down reading longform writing or a book every day. 

But plenty of people do! And others are happy to read short form if it’s of interest (Twitter!).

They're saying it deliberately to make us think it's true.

But people read.

Books are hitting the "Bestseller" mark everyday on Amazon.
