if you can breathe through both nostrils you should be grateful right now!!! currently have a sore throat and blocked nose and been in bed all day 🤒 if anyone have any tips/remedies pls lmk

Awww that’s sad i feel what you’re going through so basically you could like boil hot water and just put your nose close to it,put a towel on your head so that the steam doesn’t escape anywhere Yh basically i hope it helps 🫶✨
