hic et nunc was the golden era of digital art — a pure, organic and magical place where artists simply enjoyed minting and collectors enjoyed collecting. ever since its shut down, we've all been chasing that feeling — trying to recreate a moment like that, something real and sustainable. but greed took over, and platforms started turning their backs on artists one by one, leaving us with the uncertainty of who to trust our most treasured pieces. there's still room to create a better place for art in web3. wondering if someone will build it — or if i'll have to vibecode it myself.

It is a French fermentation style that uses the whole grape 🍇 when fermenting and they pump out the oxygen. I think it creates more summery flavors and easy to drink but still with some unique flavor characteristics. It can also be done with coffee beans.
