It is a French fermentation style that uses the whole grape 🍇 when fermenting and they pump out the oxygen. I think it creates more summery flavors and easy to drink but still with some unique flavor characteristics. It can also be done with coffee beans. It’s more common in minimal intervention or natural wines so I would look for shops or restaurants in the Raisin app. https://youtu.be/TDWoaT80afA?si=OQCusShvw4AQwCAe
