Inspired by @timber’s Self-Ensured protocol card deck I’m crowdsourcing my Rejuvenation July protocol here. The goal will be to adopt 5 rejuvenation habits for the month. I’ll post an initial list of candidates and people can propose substitutions: 1. Quit caffeine for the month 2. In bed by 11 every night 3. Short early morning run 4 days a week 4. 2 hours tinkering in workshop 5 days a week 5. I would suggest adding a short cold water session in the morning and breath-work for even one minute per day. It’s a starting point for a habit and can establish the foundation for what can later become life-changing routines.
