Why can’t I just use the USDC balance in my wallet to buy warps ?

6. You can still use warps for channel registration, invites, storage and signers. We’ve deprecated minting and tipping.

7. Our medium term goal is to figure out how best to migrate remaining warp balances onchain and then move the remaining warp-powered payments to USDC. There are some considerations around App Store payment policies, so need to be thoughtful there.

Warps only made sense before embedded wallets were a thing. Should be deprecated soon.
