I think we need some sort of verification system for project/company accounts on Warpcast

The blue checkmark on Twitter was a good signal but the process to get one was not clear or transparent at all.

PB is a signal that’s based on activity. There should also be a signal that’s based on verification.

Probably doing stuff and things.

Would be nice if one could filter all of Farcaster with the click of a button based on different attestations. Examples:  

- show me only casts from users that hold FarCon NFT 

- show me only casts from users that hold > 5 ETH 

- show me only casts from users that have connected their Github + Coinbase Verified ID 

Let users decide what they want to attest to or how they want to filter their experience. It's a win for everyone imo

I wish they built some sort of attestation at the protocol level so we can stop overloading the hubs with spam, but I dont think a centralized baseline attestation plays well with the goal of building a truly decentralized protocol. 

New users have to do what we all did: cast good stuff and engage others in interesting conversations. Existing users also play a role in helping elevate new users. With the click of a button you can go from "show me only users with > 5 ETH" to "show me everyone". Let people decide on the type of experience they want

yeah i like this idea but there also needs to be a clear process for new users to get a baseline level of attestations 

otherwise, it’s just a circle jerk of crypto people and never expands
