Aight Listen up
1- Soak some basmati rice for 30 minutes.
2- Then In a pot, fry sliced onions in oil/ghee until golden.
3- Add ginger-garlic paste, then throw in your chicken (or meat).
4- Season with biryani masala, turmeric, chilli powder, saltโmix well.
5- Add chopped tomatoes and yoghurt, cook till the meat is tender.
6- Boil the rice separately till itโs almost done, then drain.
7- Layer rice over the chicken, sprinkle fresh coriander & mint.
8- Cover and let it steam on low for 10-15 mins.
