did u work out today??? todays gym menu was 👇🏾 - treadmill warm up - roll and mobility - single leg leg press 3x10 - quarter squats fast and explosive 3x5 - box jumps ( double & single leg)

hey! I find that doing heavy lifts before jumping can cause a short term improvement on performance ( post activation potentiation) nni normally do box jumps as a warm up but i wanted to go high today
