I believe in clear pics of faces as PFPs. It’s your personal brand logo - both IRL and URL, and the work you do to build your personal brand online should extend to in person. It's helped so much at parties, events, and conferences.

There is also a unique experience to it if one is not a white man. Bias towards a persons race, gender etc is real, I’ve had times when I mention my race and ppl ghost me wanting to be interacted to based on your knowledge not what someone thinks about you/your country/gender is why I keep mine anonymous most times.
