What’s your favorite /austin coffee shop to work at?

"to work at" I used to love Merit & Houndstooth & Medici (in that order), but sometimes there are no seats. Time is too precious now (3 kids, limited time away) -- so I go to Starbucks. Vibes are worse, but logistics are just so good. 95% consistent on seats, great AC, decent wifi, nitro cold brew is good.
